Ripe & healthy grapes of organic farming from the well-known white variety “Roditis”, indigenous to Greece, are vinified according to the typical white wine making process at low temperatures without any sulphites, additives or preservatives added. Acidification follows with controlled oxygen flow, resulting in a product with a vivid golden color and rich aroma bouquet. A perfect vinegar for any green salad, vegetables, pulse and fish.
